One-Day Four-Ball Tournament of Champions Final Results

PINEHURST, NC – Final round results of the One-Day Four-Ball One-Day Tournament of Champions of the Carolinas Golf Association hosted Pinehurst Resort & Country Club Course No. 5 in Pinehurst, NC on Sunday, December 7, 2014.

In the Men’s A1 Division, David Reid & Morais Lombard won the 1^st Place Gross title with a gross score of 68. Andrew Pardue & Bern Gregory took hole the 1^st Place Net title with a net score of 69. In the Men’s A2 Division, Greg Lee & Kevin Wiggins won the 1^st Place Gross title with a gross score of 70. Rusty Harder & Scott Gerbereux took home the 1^st Place Net title with a net score of 67.

The 1^st Place Gross title in the Men’s B1 Division went to David Brown & Steven Johnson with a gross score of 73. Steven Wright & Chris Jacobson won the 1^st Place Net title with a net score of 65. The 1^st Place Gross title in the Men’s B2 Division went to Steve Moore & Joey Griffin with a gross score of 74. Rob White & Gary Yeatts won the 1^st Place Net title with a net score of 64.

In the Mixed Division, Jenny Martin & Trip Barclift won 1^st Place Gross with a gross score of 71. Anne Bowers & Georges Merchior won the 1^st Place Net title with a score of 65.

Kim Jones & Sook Hee Yang won 1^st Place Gross in the Women’s Division with a gross score of 76. Kay Reardon & Roselyn Powell won 1^st Place Net in the Women’s Division with a net score of 71.

Tournament format was 18 holes of four-ball stroke play using both gross and net scores. The field was divided into four flights by total team handicap and gender with gross and net prizes awarded to flight winners.

The Carolinas One-Day Four-Ball Tournament of Champions was open to any 1st place gross or 1st place net winners from the 2014 CGA One-Day Four-Ball tournament schedule or 2014 CGA Foundation Four-Ball Fundraiser Tournament. Teams may be comprised of any eligible players that won a CGA One-Day Four-Ball Tournament in 2014.
