During the conversion to the GHIN Handicap System, golfers belonging to more than one Carolinas golf club  may have been assigned more than one GHIN number or already have a GHIN number issued from another golf association. Each individual member must only have one GHIN number which is your unique identifier in the GHIN Handicap System.

If you end up being assigned more than one GHIN number in January, please use the form below to enter your information and we will merge the duplicate records into one GHIN number account. You may continue to post scores to the primary GHIN # you wish to keep using without disruption.

eClubhouse Service

Does your club need an online tournament registration system for club events? If so, we will be offering our member clubs an online registration website, called eClubhouse, that integrates with GHIN’s Tournament Pairing Program (TPP). eClubhouse is a free optional service provided for member club’s using the GHIN handicap service.

Club members are provided with a unique login credential to register for events on the club’s online registration website. Both individual and team formats are supported. Club officials can then download those registered players directly into TPP to conduct the tournament.

If your club is interested in the product, please complete the form below. A staff member from the Carolinas GHIN Technical Support Department will contact you to discuss setting up an eClubhouse site for your club and training your staff on the product.
