WCGA Junior Girls'
Championship
A unique opportunity to learn, compete, and grow.

The WCGA Junior Girls' Championship is a great
place to start and go on to greater achievement.
What Sets Us Apart:
The WCGA Junior Girls' Championship is not just about competition. Our goal is to nurture our
younger players and create an experience that is fun and rewarding.
Our remarkably low entry fee is just $60. This is made possible through the generous support
of the WCGA Member Clubs, Carolinas Golf Association, North Carolina Women's Golf
Association, and the South Carolina Women's Golf Association.

This is an all girls' event with the field limited to 50 players. This insures that the WCGA
committee is able to provide the most comprehensive experience for all of our players. This
championship is not just golf. We provide:
  • Practice Round
  • Players' meeting to review all aspects of the championship
  • Entertaining Rules of Golf presentation
  • Complete championship experience with introduction on the first tee
  • Extensive on-course supervision from WCGA approved officials
  • Presentation from one of the Carolinas college golf coaches
  • Awards luncheon
  • Time for players to interact -- friendships made at the WCGA Junior Girls'
Championship can last a life time.
Eligibility:
Open to all female amateur golfers who will graduate from high school in 2015 or later, and
whose primary residence is North Carolina or South Carolina. Players will walk & carry or walk
with pull cart, no caddies are permitted. Depending on division, the player competes for 9 or 18
