Seven Lakes, NC--The 4th CGA Parent-Child Championship was played today at Seven Lakes Country Club in Seven Lakes, North Carolina. Twenty eight teams competed in the alternate shot format with two teams shooting 70 to beat their nearest competitors by five shots.

Rebecca and Chuck Burkhart of Clemmons, North Carolina successfully defended their title on their first play off hole by sinking a two footer for par.

This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association.
