Cary, NC—Jack Fleissner of Hickory, NC and Alex Hefner of Conover, NC shot a seven under par 63 to capture the title 7^th Carolinas Pro-Junior on the Fairways course at Prestonwood CC in Cary, NC.  Fleissner, the head golf professional at Rock Barn Golf & Spa and junior partner Hefner scorched the par 70 course with seven birdies and no bogeys.  Mike Cato of Greenville, NC and Terry Hamilton of Greenville, NC finished tied for second at six under 64.  Also at six under 64 tied for second was the team of Jay Hill of Salisbury, NC and Nick Lyerly of Salisbury, NC.

This annual golf tournament is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association.
