Eligibility: Entry is open to any team comprised of female (at birth) golfers who are members in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association and have current USGA handicap indexes at a CGA member club. Entries are subject to rejection at any time, including during the event, by the CGA or the host club. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct.
Format: Teams will compete at 18 holes of four-ball stroke play using 90% course handicap. Teams will begin play with a shot-gun start at 10:00 a.m. An awards luncheon will follow. Cart/range fees are included in the entry fee and cart use is mandatory.
Entries: Online entry applications may be completed at www.carolinasgolf.org. Each team must complete an official entry form. No entry is accepted prior to the opening date. Entries are accepted until 11:59 p.m. of the closing date. The CGA is not responsible for errors or delays made by any mail or delivery courier or Internet service provider. Fax, e-mail, telephone, late or incomplete entries are not accepted. Confirmation of acceptance is mailed to the first player on the entry form below. Pairings are available to the host club and on the internet at www.carolinasgolf.org. Entries must be returned to the Carolinas Golf Association, PO Box 319, West End, NC 27376. The entry fee must be paid by each team and must accompany this form. Only one entry per check. Make check payable to Carolinas Golf Association. A check returned for insufficient funds may cause disqualification from future CGA competitions.

Entry Fee: $90.00 includes lunch and cart fees.
Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use an approved distance measuring device during this event.
Caddies: No caddies.
Prizes and Merchandise: Prizes are awarded for gross scores and net scores in predetermined flights.
Withdrawals/Refund Policy: Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if the CGA is notified before close of entries. Refunds are not made after entries close except in the case of player injury, illness or death in the family. A $20 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds.
