Format:                        36 holes stroke play qualifying.

Qualifying spots:          The amount of available spots has not yet been determined.

Practice round:            A complimentary practice round will be available at Carmel CC between June 19th and June 24th. Contestants must call the golf shop to schedule a practice round starting time.  Players may call beginning June 12th.  Please identify yourself as a US Junior Amateur qualifier when calling. 

Yardages:                    Play will be from a mixture of the gold and blue tees that will measure approx. 6878 yards. 

Player shuttle to #10    For those starting on #10, the player shuttle van will pick you up on the other side of the 1st tee of the North Course and drive you to the 10th tee.  Please give yourself ample time to get to the 10th tee

Second round tees:     You will begin on the same tee for both rounds.  The halfway house will be open for those players starting on the 10th tee.

Caddies:                      Players must walk at all times, but may use a caddy.  Caddies may not be a parent, step parent, or guardian during qualifying or the championship proper.

Range finders:             Range finders may not be used during the championship.

Spectator carts:           No spectator carts for this event.

Hotel                            The Hampton Inn - Carolina Place (located about 3 miles from the club) is offering a flat rate of $79 plus tax for reservations made by June 16th.  Please identify yourself as playing in the US Junior Amateur Qualifier when making your reservations.

Withdraws:                  If you cannot compete in this qualifier, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the USGA at 908-234-2300.
