Eligibility: INVITATION ONLY. Low gross or low net flight winners from a 2008 CGA one-day four-ball tournament.
Entry Fee: $125.00. Entry fee include cart and range fees. Note: Your credit card will be charged the entry fee upon submitting the online application. If you are not accepted into the tournament, your credit card will be credited the full entry fee amount.

Starting Time: 9:00am double tee.
Divisions: Men, Women and Mixed flights.
Course Ratings and Yardage: Men (White tees, 6014 yards, 68.7/122); Women (Red tees, 4936 yards, 68.8/119). Remember to post your scores.
Format & Rules: USGA Rules of Golf govern play. Tournament format is 18 holes of four-ball stroke play, both gross and net. According to USGA handicap procedures, 90 percent of a player's course handicap is used to determine net scores. Course handicaps are limited to 30 strokes. If the difference between the partner's course handicaps exceeds eight strokes, then an additional 10 percent reduction is applied to both team members. Partner substitutions made within five days of the tournament date must be approved in advance by the CGA office. Partner substitutions are NOT allowed. Competitors must subscribe to all host club restrictions concerning dress, coolers, etc. Cart use is mandatory for tournament rounds.

Entries: Individual entries only. Player information must be filled out completely. Incomplete entries will be returned. Entries are subject to rejection at any time, including during the tournament, by the Carolinas Golf Association. The CGA is not responsible for errors or delays made by any mail or delivery courier. Fax, e-mail, telephone, late or incomplete entries are not accepted. A check for the appropriate entry fee payable to the Carolinas Golf Association must accompany each entry form. Confirmation of acceptance is sent upon acceptance into the tournament. Players who are a "No Show" (DNS) or “No Card” (NC) will be suspended from the next four CGA one-day tournaments in which they are eligible. The suspension will carry forward between seasons if necessary.
Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use a conforming distance measuring device during this event.
Caddies: No caddies.
Prizes: Merchandise is awarded for low gross and low net scores in all flights. Merchandise certificates are redeemable only at the host club's golf shop. Ties for low gross and low net or a prize less than $25 is broken using the USGA recommended method.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of issue.
Withdrawals/Refund Policy: Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if the CGA is notified before close of entries. Refunds are not made after entries close except in the case of player illness, player injury or death in the family. A $20 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds given after tournament closing date.
Tournament of Champions: First place gross and first place net winners in each division will be eligible to compete in the 2009 One-Day Tournament of Champions.
