Field Selection: Entry forms are accumulated for the entire tournament Open/Close window. Tournament schedule, open/close dates and online tournament registration are available at www.carolinasgolf.org. When a tournament field is oversubscribed, accepted teams and alternates are selected based on a "blind draw" method and/or history of current year tournament participation. Only eight teams from the host club are accepted unless the field is not filled. Fax, e-mail, telephone, late or incomplete entries are not accepted. The $125 entry fee must accompany this form. Entry fee includes cart and range fees. Only one tournament entry fee per check. Make check payable to the Carolinas Golf Association. Confirmation of acceptance is sent to the applicant. Teams who are a "No Show" (DNS) or “No Card” (NC) will be suspended from the next four CGA senior four-ball one-day tournaments that they are eligible for including the Tournament of Champions. The suspension will carry forward between seasons if necessary. At select sites denoted on the tournament schedule, two separate tournaments (AM and PM) will be conducted at the same site on the same date. No special tee time requests are accepted. When tournaments are scheduled on consecutive days, priority in acceptance is given to those who enter both events. Teams must submit a separate entry form and entry fee for each tournament.
Format & Rules: USGA Rules of Golf govern play. Tournament format is 18 holes of four-ball stroke play, both gross and net. According to USGA handicap procedures, 90 percent of a player's course handicap is used to determine net scores. Course handicaps are limited to 18 strokes. If the difference between the partner's course handicaps exceeds eight strokes, then an additional 10 percent reduction is applied to both team members. Teams are pre-flighted according to total team course handicap. Partner substitutions made within five days of the tournament date must be approved in advance by the CGA office. Any on-site partner substitutions may result in the new partner playing at scratch and the team competing within the same flight. Competitors must subscribe to all host club restrictions concerning dress, coolers, etc. Cart use is mandatory for tournament rounds.

Caddies: No caddies.

Refund Policy: Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if the CGA is notified before close of entries.
