among South Carolina juniors; and Cory Taylor of

The youngsters playing in the Boys 14-18 age
division not only will be competing for the James T.
Worley trophy that goes to the winner, but also for
a berth on the team that represents the CGA in the
Carolinas-Virginias Junior Boys Team Matches. The
champion earns a spot on the Carolinas team that
will play a Virginias squad Aug. 14-16 at Boonsboro
CC in Lynchburg, VA.
In the Girls division, the winner receives the
Jane Crum Covington trophy and an invitation to
represent the CGA in the Mid-Atlantic Challenge,
which will be played Aug. 1-2 at Mid Pines Resort in
Southern Pines, NC.

ages 13 and under.
