Your entry in the Carolinas Four-Ball Championship at Camden Country Club, Camden, SC, May 6-10, 2009 has been accepted.
Camden CC is a soft spike only facility. Proper attire is expected. No denim, shirts without collars or shorts less than Bermuda length is allowed. This goes for caddies too. Camden CC accepts cash, check, Visa and MasterCard for carts, golf shop purchases and food/beverage. Private coolers are not allowed. Pull carts are not allowed.
You are entitled to one complimentary practice round. ($20 cart/range fee not included and mandatory for practice round only.) The course will be available for practice the day before the championship or whenever times are available on weekdays beginning April 14. Please call the golf shop in advance to schedule a practice-round tee time. Don't just show up and expect to be accommodated. The club appreciates your effort to contact another team in the competition and arrange your own practice round. Please do not call for a practice round time before April 6. Play will be from the back tees except for holes #2 and #6 in stroke play qualifying rounds.
Range Finders: The local rule allowing the use of electronic measuring devices will be in affect.
Caddie/Spectator Cart Policy: During the play of a hole, either the player or his caddie may ride in a golf cart but not both at the same time. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a players golf cart at any time. Club owned spectator carts are not allowed.
Starting times will be available at Camden Country Club, the CGA Website, (www.carolinasgolf.org) and the CGA office beginning April 30.
