Registration: (11:00 am-3:00 pm) – Please register in the grill to receive player charge card, team uniforms, and additional information.
Practice rounds – PM times available. Call the golf shop for tee times. You may want to call other teammates to create your own group. Players pay for their own cart/caddie fee for the practice round.
Cocktails/Dinner (7:00 pm) – Casual party. You may come casual, however jackets are required, even with shorts. It is recommended that those playing later in the day be prepared to come right off golf course, so bring jacket with you.
Buffet breakfast provided at the club by the associations from 7 – 9 am.
Golf: 8:00 am off #1 and #10. (Four-Ball match play)
1:00 pm off #1 and #10 (True foursomes match play)
Cocktails/Dinner (7:00 pm) – Hosted at club. (Dress will be coat and tie for men and comparable wear for ladies)
Important Note: Since two rounds will be conducted on Friday, golfers playing late should plan to shower and change at the Eagle Point locker room immediately after play.

Golf: 8:00 – 10:00 am: Regular singles matches off #1
9:00 – 9:56 am: Senior singles matches off #10

Team shirts for both days will be distributed at registration on Thursday.
CADDIE/CART INFO
Caddies are preferred at Eagle Point Golf Club. See below for arrangements. The associations will pay as noted below for the three tournament rounds. However you are responsible for tip. Caddie and cart fees for practice rounds will be the responsibility of the player.
· Player Hires Caddy
Cost: $60 per bag ($20 tip recommended)
Associations pay for caddie and player pays for tip.
· Player Uses Cart (Club requires Fore Caddie with cart)
Cost: $30 per bag for caddie. ($20 tip recommended) No cart charge.
Associations pay for caddie and player pays for tip.
Note: It is requested that you bring a lightweight bag for caddies. The club will do the best they can with assigning one caddie for the entire event.
OTHER INFO
· Cash and credit cards are NOT accepted.
· Each player will be assigned an account for miscellaneous items
· Two players will be assigned to one locker. Complimentary bag storage is available.
· Tipping is allowed for outside staff and locker room staff only.
· Practice area opens at 7 am and closes at 6 pm each day.
· Mock turtleneck/crew shirts NOT allowed. Dress code is collared shirts, no cut-offs, no jeans, no tank tops, Bermuda length shorts. SPORT JACKET REQUIRED FOR SOCIAL FUNCTIONS.
· Soft spiked golf shoes only.
· Private coolers are not allowed.
· Except for an emergency, the use of cell phones is prohibited within all club facilities and on all properties at Eagle Point.
· Spectator carts are not allowed.
· Smoking is not allowed inside any building including cottages.
What will the golf associations provide?
· 2 shirts
· Caddie/cart fees for three tourney rounds (you are required to pay for tips)
· Breakfast on Friday and Saturday
· Dinner on Thursday and Friday.
· Lunch on Friday.
· Note - Players may charge other items to their accounts.
In case of inclement weather, players should be prepared to stay for
all of Saturday and maybe Sunday
