Your entry into the North Carolina Four-Ball Championship has been accepted. The championship will be contested at Keith Hills CC (Creek Course), in Buies Creek, NC on October 23-25, 2009. The event was originally to be played on two courses but due to the number of entries will be played on the Creek Course only.

Each team is entitled to one complimentary practice round ($20 cart /range fee per player not included and mandatory for practice round only). The course will be available for practice beginning October 19. You must call in advance to schedule your practice round and it will be helpful if you contact another competing team and make your own game. Don't just show up and expect to be accommodated. The club will begin accepting practice round tee time reservations on 17 October. For your practice round(s), play the back tees.

The club accepts Cash, Visa and MasterCard for all purchases and rentals.

Keith Hills is a soft spike only facility. The penalty for non-compliance is disqualification. The Club dress code does not allow denim, shirts without collars or shorts shorter than Bermuda length. Also, cell phone use during play is prohibited. Conforming distance measuring devices will be allowed.

For those of you new to CGA tournaments, be aware that there is no formal check-in at the tournament site. Take care of cart rentals in the golf shop and be at your assigned tee at least 5 minutes before your tee time.

Starting times will be available from the course, the CGA Internet site (www.carolinasgolf.org) and the CGA office beginning October 16.
