You
are entitled to one complimentary
practice round on Monday, May 11 or when times are available Monday through Thursday
the week prior. You must call the golf shop no more than one-week in advance to
schedule a practice round. Make sure to identify yourself as a North Carolina
Senior Amateur Championship participant. It would be helpful if you make your
own game before calling. There is a mandatory
$20 cart/range fee for the practice round. Cart/range fee for all championship
rounds is $20.00. Contestants may choose to walk during championship but must
pay a $6.00 daily range fee. Personal pull-carts are not allowed.
Caddie/Spectator Cart
Policy: During
the play of a hole, either the player or his caddie may ride in a golf cart but
not both at the same time. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s
golf cart at any time. Club owned spectator carts are not allowed.

Championship
Format
Championship is conducted at 54 holes of stroke
play. After 36 holes, the field will be cut to the low 60 scores and ties for
the final round. An on-course play-off will be used to break a tie for the
championship. The low 30 and ties will be exempt in the 2010 NC Senior.

Except for emergencies, use of cell phones
during play is prohibited. Any player who is discovered taking more than 40
seconds to play a stroke is subject to a penalty of one stroke. A second violation will result in a two
stroke penalty, followed by disqualification. Local rule allowing the use of
distance measuring devices will be in effect.
