Refund Policy

Entry fee refund policy schedule:

Open Date to Close Date: Full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee if entry accepted into tournament or championship.

Day after Close Date to Three Days from Tournament, Championship or Qualifying Date: 50% entry fee refunded regardless of reason.

Two Days and Within of Tournament, Championship or Qualifying Date: No refund for any reason.

*Refunds are not made for players who are successful in advancing through sectional qualifying but withdraw prior to championship proper.

Method of Refund

Credit Card: Any credit will be issued to the credit card.

Check: Any credit will be issued by a mailed check. For any full-refund prior to closing, check will be destroyed.
