Refund Policy
Open Date to Close Date: Full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee if entry accepted into tournament.
Day after Close Date to Day Prior to Tournament Date: Full refund minus 50% of entry fee (up to a $50.00 maximum) refunded regardless of reason if entry accepted into tournament.
Withdraw on Tournament Date: No refund for any reason. Alternates not gaining entry into the tournament receive a full refund.
Un-withdraw Policy: A player/team who withdraws from a tournament and subsequently requests to play in the same event will be allowed to compete if: 1. a spot is available in the tournament field; 2. player/team pays the balance due of the tournament entry fee (entry fee - refund amount = balance due) plus a $25.00 administrative fee.
*Refunds are not made for players who are successful in advancing through sectional qualifying but withdraw prior to championship proper.
Method of Refund
Credit Card: Any credit will be issued to the credit card.
Check: Any credit will be issued by a mailed check. For any full-refund prior to closing, check will be destroyed.
