Tournament Format: Tournament format is 36 holes of individual stroke play, gross and net scores. 100% course handicap. Field divided into flights based upon age: 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+. Age division breaks may be adjusted due to the number of entries. Approximate yardage= Ages 45-54 (6400 yards), Ages 55-64 (6000 yards), Ages 65+ (5700 yards). Note: yardage may vary based upon tournament site.
Entry Fee: $120.00 Entry fee includes cart and range fees. Note: Your credit card will be charged the entry fee upon submitting the online application. If you are not accepted into the tournament, your credit card will be credited the full entry fee amount. *$10.00 of this entry fee will be applied as a tax-deductable donation towards the “Setting the Course” campaign under the CGA’s 501(c)(3) not-for-profit status.
Field Size:

Field Size=112 players. All spots are filled first come-first served.

When a tournament field is oversubscribed the next ten (10) players will be designated as alternates for this tournament.
Starting Time: 10:00 am shotgun start each morning

Tees to Play:

Mid Pines: Age 45-54=Blue (6400 yards); Age 55-64=White (6000 yards); Age 65+=Green (5700 yards)

Pine Needles: Age 45-54=Ross (6400 yards); Age 55+=Regular (6000 yards); Age 65+=Green (5700 yards)

*Note that tees will be moved to achieve target yardage and may vary from club scorecard
Practice Round: Available on February 20, 2012 for $25.00 per player at Pine Needles GC or Mid Pines GC
