USGA Policies: The USGA prohibits the use of cell phones and
distance measuring devices during qualifying and championship rounds. Also, the USGA does not allow spectator carts
or spectators to ride in a caddie cart at qualifiers or the championship
proper. Traditional metal spikes are not allowed. The penalty for non-compliance is
disqualification. The "One-Ball" rule will be in effect. USGA

Practice Round: You are entitled to one practice round on June 1-26 when times are available. There is a mandatory $25.00 cart/range fee for the practice round. You may call the Greensboro CC-Farm golf shop three days in advance to schedule a tee time. Please identify yourself as a U.S. Senior Open Qualifier participant. It will be helpful if you make your own game with other qualifiers before calling. Play the Gold tees during your practice round except play the Black tee yardage on holes #3, #8, #11 (6960 yards, par 72).
Qualifying Round Fees: Each player is subject to either a
range fee or cart/range fee on qualifying day. Cart fee for caddies is $25.00
and includes player’s range fee. There is a $5.00 range fee for players who do
not rent a cart. Make sure to
check-in with the golf shop staff and pay your appropriate fees! Any
player failing to pay appropriate cart and/or range fees will not be allowed to
start play. Greensboro CC accepts CASH
ONLY for cart/range fees and cash or credit card for golf shop purchases.

Food and Beverage:
Club accepts CASH ONLY for food
and beverage. The club’s turn house window will be open for food and beverage
service. No personal coolers are
permitted. Only food/beverage purchased from the Club is permitted on club
property.
Qualifying Spots: TBA qualifying spots and 2 alternate positions. The number of qualifying
spots will be updated at www.carolinasgolf.org.

Farm Course: Take Interstate 40 to Exit 210 (Hwy
68). Go North on Hwy 68 for approximately 2 miles and turn right onto
Pace of Play Policy: A player who is discovered taking
more than 40 seconds is subject to a warning and will be so advised. The player will be notified that exceeding 40
seconds on one more occasion will result in a penalty of one stroke. A third violation will result in a two stroke
penalty, followed by disqualification. A player’s time to play begins when he
has had a reasonable opportunity to reach his ball and when it is the player’s
turn to play and can do so without interference or distraction. Penalties are applied individually, but more than
one competitor in a group may be penalized.
