Sydney King is from Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from the PGA Golf Management Program at Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing. She started playing golf in high school and developed her passion for the industry when she worked at her local golf course, Kearney Hill Golf Links.

She completed three summer internships in tournament operations including the City of Lexington, Pinehurst Resort and Country Club, and was a P.J. Boatwright intern for the Carolinas Golf Association in 2025. She also served as Tournament Director in the EKU PGM Program for her senior year. Sydney is excited to be back with the CGA and serving the golf community!
