• Recognition Plan (If Applicable)
• Any Supporting Documents (Letters, Photos, Etc.)

Timeline

Applications close the second Monday of January. Reviews typically occur in February with notifications in early March.

Reporting

Awardees provide a brief outcomes report and proof of spend, if purchases are involved.

Can Individuals Apply?

Typically no. Applicants should be 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, or public agencies.

Do You Fund Equipment Purchases?

Possibly, if the purchase directly supports program outcomes. Include quotes and itemize the request.

When Will We Hear Back?

Most applicants are notified within 6–8 weeks of the deadline.

Can We Apply For Multi-Year Funding?

Most awards are one-year. Multi-year requests are rare and considered case-by-case.
