The 2026 CGA Rules of Golf Seminars are open to the public and are designed to benefit golfers of all abilities, including tournament volunteers. The Rules Seminars cover and focus on the most common Rules encountered by players on the course.

Registration Instructions
To register, click the link above for the seminar you want to attend. Then click the green 'Register Now For...' button on the left side of the page. Click 'New Registration' and then fill in the information needed. You will need a Golf Genius account to register. If you have an existing Golf Genius account, don't create another one, just use the email and password for your account. If you don't, you can create on as you sign up by entering your email and a password that will be linked to your account going forward.

CGA Member Rules Seminars are Designed For:

  • Recreational golfers
  • New tournament volunteers and officials
  • PGA Professionals - receive 2 PGA required education credits
  • LPGA Professionals - receive 2 CU's
  • Club Committee Members
  • High School Coaches and Team Members

Class Details
  • 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM for webinars. In-person seminars vary by site
  • The seminar will cover common Rules and common situations on the course.

The USGA Rules Seminars are Designed For:
  • Recreational golfers
  • High School Coaches and Team Members
  • Beginners getting into golf

USGA Rules 101 Class: 
  • This course is completely free of charge.
  • There are nine modules (an introduction plus eight different topics).
  • Feel free to complete the entire course from start to finish, or to bounce around and focus on specific topics.
