FORMAT: Event pits top 16 male amateurs and 8 senior male amateurs from Virginia and West Virginia versus North Carolina and South Carolina.

ELIGIBILITY: Invitation only. Players are selected using Carolinas Men's and Senior Men's Ranking System.

SCHEDULE: Day 1: Four-ball and Foursomes matches. Day 2: Singles matches.

WINNER: Each match is worth 1 point. Total of 48 points available. Virginias needs 24 points to retain Captain's Putter. Carolinas needs 24 1/2 points to win.

ALL-TIME: Carolinas leads the series 47-21-1.
