Cas. Super Senior Round 1 to Finish Friday

JEFFERSON, NC – Partial round 1 results from the 8th Carolinas Super Senior Championship hosted by the Jefferson Landing in Jefferson, NC on Thursday, June 2, 2016 (6098 yards, par 36-36—72).
Due to a two hour delay due to severe weather in the mid-afternoon, and a final delay due to severe weather in the Jefferson Landing area in the evening, the first round was not completed. The schedule for Friday’s final has been modified slightly to accommodate the need to complete round 1 in the morning.
Before play was suspended, three-time defending champion Arlis Pike from Kernersville, NC shot a three-under 69 to lead early on. Before play was suspended, Raymond Davis from Apex, NC fired an impressive four-under 68 to lead.
Friday Schedule:
8:00am Practice facilities open
9:30am: Round 1 Restart. Scorecards will be placed on the player’s cart. Be in position and begin play at 9:15am at the scoreboard.
Approximately10:30am: Round 2 begins with a shotgun start for the entire field.
2:30pm: Lunch served in the clubhouse terrace on the patio.
