Carolinas Team Leads 21-15 at the 57th Carolinas-Virginias Women's Team Matches
Roanoke, WV -- First round results of the 57th Carolinas-Virginia's Women's Team Matches hosted by Stonewall Resort on Monday, July 15, 2013. The Carolinas team comprised of 24 players from North and South Carolina lead 21-15 after the first day of four-ball matches against their Virginia-West Virginia's counterparts.
Each match was worth three points in a nassau style format. Day two matches begin at 8:00am on Tuesday where the format will change to alternate shot.

This annual team match competition is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association in conjunction with the Virginia and West Virginia State Golf Association.
