STATESVILLE, NC (June 24, 2020) – Qualifying results of the 106th Carolinas Amateur Championship and 11^th North Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship hosted by Statesville Country Club in Statesville, NC on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 (6,670 Yards, Par 36-36—72, (72.5/138).

In the Carolinas Amateur Qualifier, 49 golfers attempted to qualify. Alex Goff from Kings Mountain, NC earned medalist honors with a score of seven-under-par, 65, including a hole-in-one. The cut was one-over-par 71 with 10 players qualifying for the 106^th Carolinas Amateur Championship at Cape Fear Country Club in Wilmington, NC.

In the North Carolina Amateur Match Play Qualifier, 41 golfers attempted to qualify. Alex Goff from Kings Mountain, NC earned medalist honors with a score of seven-under-par, 65, including a hole-in-one. The cut was four-over-par 76 with 15 players qualifying for the 11^th North Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship at The Club at 12 Oaks in Holly Springs, NC.
