US Junior Amateur Qualifying - Stono Ferry

HOLLYWOOD, S.C. (June 27, 2022) -- Final results from U.S. Junior Amateur Qualifying at the Links at Stono Ferry in Hollywood, S.C. on Monday, June 27, 2022. (6,640 yards, par 36-36--72).

Five qualifying spots and two alternate spots were available at this qualifying site.

Ryan Jahr of Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., Sam McMillan of Mount Pleasant, S.C., and Jack Seward of Florence, S.C. shared medalist honors with rounds of three-under-par 69. Jay Wilkins of Simpsonville, S.C. claimed the fourth qualifying spot with a round of two-under-par 70. Five golfers shot rounds of one-under-par 71 and headed to a playoff to determine the final qualifying position and the alternate positions. Charles Cauthen of Columbia, S.C. won the final qualifying position. Teddy Dunn of Blythewood, S.C. will be the first alternate and Dallas Johnson of Mount Pleasant, S.C. will be the second alternate.

The qualifiers will advance to the 74^th U.S. Junior Amateur at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, in Bandon, Oregon from July 25-30, 2022.
