NC Amateur Match Play Sectional Qualifying Results from Keith Hills GC
BUIES CREEK, NC – Sectional qualifying results of the 5th North Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship hosted by Keith Hills Golf Club (Orange-Black) in Buies Creek, NC on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 (6717 yards, Par 36-36—72, 72.2/132).Thomas Walsh of High Point, NC and Jacob Hicks of Mebane, NC each carded a three-under par 69 to share medalist honors.
The cut line fell at six-over par 78. 25 players advanced to the 5th North Carolina Amateur Match Play Championship that will be played July 30-August 3 at River Landing (Landing course) in Wallace, NC.
This championship is conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association which is in its 105th year of serving amateur golf in the Carolinas.
