The field endured an inclement weather suspension and a race to finish in the sunlight, but the leaderboard below doesn’t reflect it.

Jerry Bruns of Beaufort, S.C. finished his round at Cramer Mountain Club with an astonishing 5-under-par, 67. With seven birdies on the day, Bruns leads the field by four strokes and we can expect him to make a run for the title in the final round tomorrow.

A three-way-tie stakes second position with Miles Eubanks of Warrenville, S.C., Griffin Tarver of Tega Cay, S.C. and Alex Bock of Morganton, N.C. tieing at 1-under par. Eubanks played his first round at Cramer Mountain Club, while Tarver and Bock took on Gaston Country Club.

The leaderboard is stacked behind second position, which alludes to an exciting final round. Tomorrow, the players will play the course that they have not played yet and tee times will begin at 8:00 a.m. at Gaston Country Club and 8:30 at Cramer Mountain Club. Stay tuned to our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for live coverage to see who will ultimately take home the HV3 Invitational title.

About HV3 Foundation

The HV3 Foundation was launched in January 2019 in an effort to give back to less fortunate kids that could greatly benefit from increased access and opportunity in sport. The cost of equipment, proper coaching, and access has become very expensive and unaffordable to many.

The mission for the HV3 Foundation is to bring awareness to the rising cost of entry and access in sports. The foundation will aim to provide financial assistance for equipment, after school programs, instruction, camps, and various other avenues where an athlete can cultivate his/her passion.
