Final Results of the 18th CGA Island Four-Ball Getaway Tournament
LA ROMANA, DR – Final round results of the 18th Island Four-Ball Getaway Tournament of the Carolinas Golf Association hosted by Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic on Wednesday, February 26 – Friday, February 28, 2014.
The CGA Island Four-Ball Getaway Tournament is a 54-hole four-ball stroke play tournament using both gross and net scores. Winners were crowned in five flights, the Championship, Tournament A, Tournament B, Tournament C, and Tournament D Flights. Winners and full results from each flight are listed below. The field played all three courses at Casa de Campo over three days -- Dye Fore on Wednesday, The Links on Thursday and the famed Teeth of the Dog on Friday.
The CGA Island Four-Ball Getaway Tournament was open to anyone who is a member of a CGA member club and to non-CGA members that are accompanied by a CGA member. Tournament teams can be composed of any combination of amateurs (male-male, male-female, and female-female).
